- When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IndyCRM and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IndyCRM be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
10. Personal Data
IndyCRM is a "Privacy First" application. All your data remains stored locally on your iPhone. AppMaker Studio (France) does not collect, store, or process any personal data from Users.
